Bring a list of all current medications and supplements, your photo ID and insurance card, referral paperwork from your primary care physician, any recent lab results or imaging reports, and a family member or friend if possible — having support during your first visit can help with questions and recall.
Your specialist will review your medical history, discuss your diagnosis in detail, explain your treatment options with clear language, and answer every question you have. This visit is about building a relationship — there are no rushed decisions, only thorough conversations.
We accept most major insurance plans. Our front desk team can verify your benefits before your visit and help you understand your coverage. Financial counselors are available to discuss payment options and assist with any assistance programs you may qualify for.
Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing with easy access to your arm, eat a light meal before your infusion, bring something to keep you entertained during treatment, and arrange for transportation if you're feeling anxious about the process. Our nursing staff will walk you through every step.
